Operation Stray-Dog is a character-driven roleplay server set within a sealed research facility slowly falling apart. The upper layers have become crowded, politicized, and tense. The lower layers are dark, flooded, unstable, or worse. Survival is no longer guaranteed by protocol, rank, or clearance. It depends on who you trust, what you’re willing to risk, and how far down you’re willing to go.

Players take on the roles of former personnel, expendables, engineers, researchers, guards, or civilians caught in the lockdown. A Thousand Suns is an 18+ roleplay based on George R.R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire series. The AU diverts from canon after the Great Spring Sickness, allowing us to create a roleplay that is grounded yet unexpected. In this roleplay, core elements of the book series is in play, such as but not exclusive to: Low Fantasy with return of magic, family bonds, political realism, moral ambiguity and the looming threat of darkness.

✶ START OF ROLEPLAY: 29th of October
The world of A Thousand Suns takes place in 262 AC, some fifty years following the devastating Great Spring Sickness of 209 to 216 AC, the Third Blackfyre Rebellion of 220 to 222 AC and the Eternal Summer of 224 to 260 AC.

King Daeron III, grandson of King Aemon I, third son of King Maekar I, sits on the Iron Throne. Though the Blackfyres lie buried in Summerhall’s fields, the scars of summer mark the land, having turned woods to ash and air to storm. Some areas are yet to recover from disease and drought, while others have prospered in their stead. Having long resigned from serving in King’s Landing, Lord Bloodraven has found his refuge on the Isle of Tears instead, navigating the realm from afar now that magic has returned once more to the world of A Thousand Suns.

In the roleplay of A Thousand Suns, the world and lore primarily focus on the regions of the North, the Riverlands, the Vale, and the Stormlands.
