Vengerberg is a ruin after the attack of several dragons. The Queen of Aedirn lies dead in the havoc. A mysterious black dragon is captured in the fiery exchange, all thanks to an uncanny collaboration between witchers, and taken to Dol Blathanna. The Emperor of Nilfgaard takes more and more controversial decisions. Nilfgaard’s mage hides cowardly in Cintra. Knowledge of the prince of Nilfgaard’s survival after the dragon attack will brew the beginning of a Civil War. The vampires lie confused in the wake of a new gate opening. Gods themselves are challenged by the times.
