In those two years, the world itself has now moved on from the actions of the Goblin uprising and the sudden death of the old Professor Eleazar Fig and his 5th year apprentice.
Since then, the old headmaster has now seemed to move up in the grand world of wizarding politics, the newly elected Phineas Nigellus Black now sits as the current Minister of Magic. Many within the blood-purist camps see this as a great sign for the old ways to be brought back. A firm foot down on muggle leniency. Others see this as just a strict popularity show, a man who has little spine afraid to make the challenging choices.
In any regard, questions have still been swept under the rug and left unanswered. How did the goblins gain such power those years ago? What truly caused those two deaths in Hogwarts? Why does it seem that nobody truly wishes to remember or speak about the truth? May it be that other secrets are left intertwining with the bigger picture? Or possibly, those whom had been involved before just wish to move on with their lives, enjoy their final year with the school and hope they may yet pass their N.E.W.T.S.
As a new year begins in Hogwarts, once more students, faculty, and those living within the wizarding world hope that this will be yet another long period of peace. Yet... there is always something lurking in the shadows....

Storm Riders are those who ride at high speeds, who jump high in chase of their own freedom, aiming for the skies themselves. There are several classes to qualify a Storm Rider's skill, several parts to help change what the AT specializes on, and several running styles (called 'Roads') that allows everyone the freedom in chasing the sky, in different ways. Those who reach the top, even gain a powerful AT(short of AirTreck) that grants amazing (anime logic) powers... These are called Regalia, and those who wield them, are called Kings or Queens, of the Road they run on (Only one Regalia exists per Road, but there are many many Roads).
Teams exist too, and Storm Riders come together in teams to compete in parts-wars: a team match where they bet team territory, or the team existence itself, or bet AT parts, to compete against other teams.
