The world of Totally Invulnerable is a lot like our own 2019, skyscrapers dot the clouds and cities pulse with life. But in every corner are extraordinary lives among the ordinary. Superhumans have been a fact of life for more than a century. Some wear bright capes, others lurk in the shadows to prey on the world.

Almost every superhero has worked alongside or for the Global Defense Agency, a secretive, worldwide organization based in the Pentagon that works with heroes of all stripes to protect the world.

The Guardians of the Globe are the world's most recognized and strongest superhero team, a group of do-gooders recruited from across nations, backgrounds, and even worlds. Officially sanctioned by the GDA, they're the Earth's first line of defense against space invasions, and villains too powerful for any single hero to face alone.

Still, there exists one hero a cut above the rest; Paramount is celebrated as Earth's greatest defender, stronger than the guardians combined, and nearly invulnerable to any force known to man. Since her arrival in 1999, she has stood at the forefront of every global crisis alongside her Guardian allies.

Following the end of Cybertron, the survivors fled the planet in the face of its destruction and took to the stars, the Autobots led by Optimus Prime in the search to discover a new world they could call home — while the Decepticons continued to pledge their loyalty to Megatron and his cause in conquering and spreading destruction as they went — and those who chose to remain neutral were left to their own devices. However, before either faction could pursue their intended goals, a battle between the two in the reaches of space had gone haywire and they all were forced into a cryogenically induced stasis on their respective ships.

Millions of years have passed since then and both The Ark and the Nemesis crash-landed on Earth in recent years, although their sudden arrival has been covered up as two slightly larger meteorites, a falsehood that the masses seem to wholeheartedly believe. Humanity has made minimal contact with the Cybertronians now residing on Earth, except for the government / military operatives who now work alongside the Autobots after a mutual agreement — and the civilians who have been swept up in the middle of the ongoing conflicts between the Autobots and the Decepticons.

Things have been calm as of late, but something is definitely brewing on the horizon . . .
