Facility-12, codenamed Lazarus, was never meant to fail. Built deep beneath the earth, it existed to contain, study, and exploit anomalies that could not be allowed to roam this world. On December 30th, 2057, Containment collapsed. Power failed. Communications went dead. Before answers could be found, the facility was sealed from the outside world entirely.

Now, seven months later, those still alive are trapped inside.

Operation Stray-Dog is a character-driven roleplay server set within a sealed research facility slowly falling apart. The upper layers have become crowded, politicized, and tense. The lower layers are dark, flooded, unstable, or worse. Survival is no longer guaranteed by protocol, rank, or clearance. It depends on who you trust, what you’re willing to risk, and how far down you’re willing to go.

Players take on the roles of former personnel, expendables, engineers, researchers, guards, or civilians caught in the lockdown. Alongside sentient anomalies that now walk freely among the population, their past containment replaced with uneasy coexistence. Factions have formed. Supplies are limited. Exploration into the lower layers is dangerous, and often final.

Derry is a small town in Maine, USA. Home to about 9,629 residents. It’s a simple town, with relatively simple people. The locals know everyone and try their hardest to get to know the new people. At least on the surface, but underneath all that? Is a racist, homophobic, sheltered town full of people who hate people who don’t ’fit in’ and well… a lot of death. No one speaks about it directly though, they just watch 50 kids disappear every 27 years and move on. No one seemed to care about this small town at the edge of Maine. Not knowing that underneath the pavement dwells a monster that can form into your biggest fears, IT crawls out of the depths every 27 years to feast on fear and then slithers back into the sewers where it rests and then the cycle repeats. 🌘 The History: A Town Bound by Blood and Magic

Mystic Falls was founded in 1694 by a secret society known as the Order of the Hollow Vale, a group of witches, hunters, scholars, and supernatural creatures who struck a truce to protect the vale’s power. But the truce didn’t last. Wars were fought, blood was spilled, and the balance was broken. Though the town moved on and modernized, the old powers still linger beneath.
