Whispering Hollows is an 18+ roleplay community based in supernatural fiction and the modern times. Available is thematic writing and thought-provoking narratives, taking real-world concepts and implementing them in ways that makes our fictional-world feel immersive and more engaging, perhaps even a little ‘lived in’ already. Welcomed are any writers, whether they are preferring story with many layers of meaning or more casual.

The supernatural are something that not many people can percept, except those special few that have a connection to the spiritual realm. Your character may be one of them, likely having noticed a spirit before they received a letter. And, while in Whispering Hollows, they will study, help and/or battle spirits on assignments that have been carefully made for the characters involved, providing a unique and fun experience while the overall plot is progressed.

Ancient events gave Earth's residents the ability to cast spells and alterations to their very way of life, including physical changes. Watch yourself, however; dark truths lurk every few steps you take, and the richest among Rosemore's residents raise their wine glasses atop mass graves.

Rosemore is an 18+ community with an emphasis on character-building and literacy. In any given scene, writers are expected to write a paragraph **at minimum**, complete with punctuation and standards of grammar. Social channels are compact so as to help lessen overstimulation and better promote a melting pot within "the channel for all". Given the server's status as a 18+ community, writers are free to explore all kinks as it falls under the artistic expression laws.

As a setting, Rosemore aims for the "modern fantasy" feel. You can use elves, fairies, tieflings, centaurs, etc. as a faceclaim and tailor the character to how it all comes together within the setting. The server's combat system, much like the limits of magic, is built on balance and quick rounds rather than powergaming or needing to read pages of rules.

NOTE: We ID verify before you can submit a character. However, you have the opportunity to read the full setting and ask questions before you make that choice.

The Carolina Diaries is a world building server set in the two states, to form individual stories through the art of writing and roleplay. These states and the larger deep narrative of corporate espionage, crime, and struggle form a content experience that is purely of your own making. The Royal Coalition has gathered, deciding that with a world state of such instability, it is time to put “Operation: ‘Monarch’” in effect. Immediately, all royal offspring of all reigning monarchies across the world are to be evacuated and relocated to a top secret island.

A grand castle waits for them on this island to prepare these royals for an uncertain future, learning diplomacy and trade, others learning the ways of history, etiquette, or even fighting. All juggling the uncertainty of arranged marriages and the heart versus the mind. All the while watched not only by the Royal Militia, the world’s top leading minds in science who fight for the chance to find a cure to this plague.
