This is a Roleplay server about Air Gear. Although Air Gear comes from an Anime/Manga series, no prior knowledge of the series is required. Air Gear... A world where highly advanced motorized rollerblades called AirTrecks, turns ordinary people into Storm Riders. Storm Riders are those who ride at high speeds, who jump high in chase of their own freedom, aiming for the skies themselves. There are several classes to qualify a Storm Rider's skill, several parts to help change what the AT specializes on, and several running styles (called 'Roads') that allows everyone the freedom in chasing the sky, in different ways. Those who reach the top, even gain a powerful AT(short of AirTreck) that grants amazing (anime logic) powers... These are called Regalia, and those who wield them, are called Kings or Queens, of the Road they run on (Only one Regalia exists per Road, but there are many many Roads).
Teams exist too, and Storm Riders come together in teams to compete in parts-wars: a team match where they bet team territory, or the team existence itself, or bet AT parts, to compete against other teams.

Void Protocol is an original science-fantasy roleplay loosely inspired by games like Arknights, Chaos Zero Nightmare, and Girls' Frontline. An adult-only 18+ server meant for writers who prefer to write paragraphs for replies, we welcome anyone with similar interests with open arms.

Genre: Science-Fantasy, Cosmic Horror, Tactical

The story takes place in a fictional planetary system known as Exalos, conquered by humanity around a century ago to build the first Dyson sphere. After successfully constructing the megastructure around the parent star, it helped accelerate humanity's progress for decades. However, the Dyson sphere collapsed under unknown circumstances, ending the unlimited supply of energy. What materialized from the collapsed megastructure was an enormous black hole that began to bend reality around it, manifesting monsters known as Voided Entities that started attacking the only habitable planet in the Exalos system: Alphon-VII.

The colony responsible for the construction of the Dyson sphere, known as the Alphon Administration, then abruptly lost contact with its imperial authority. Now faced with an endless wave of cosmic horror from outer space, the newly established military and corporations must work together to find a way to neutralize the black hole, now called the Dark Aeonsphere, without the support of the Visarion Empire.

This is the minimalized version of the lore. Note that the document on the server that explains the situation in Alphon-VII is much more thorough with its details.

In a single instant, the world ended. Every nation launched its nukes. Some were stopped. Most were not. Billions died, and nuclear winter froze what little remained. Civilization collapsed, leaving a shattered world where survival became law.
The fallout triggered a mass mutation event. Latent mutant genes awakened. If you were not already a mutant, you either became one or did not survive. Some were empowered. Others were twisted by radiation into unstable, rage-driven monsters. A few adapted. Many did not.
The world is not dead, just colder, harsher, and far more dangerous.
Currently
The planet is frozen and overrun by radioactively enhanced rage monsters. Vast territories are controlled by powerful factions, hoarding what few resources remain. Scrap is life. Money is nearly worthless.
Your goal is simple: survive.
The greater goal? Rebuild.
