The war was bloody and long. The Great War had taken its toll on Ancient Greece. The Gods have re-established their rule over the mortals. Athena and Ares had made sure of their victory with his battle-born abilities and with Athena's strategic moves. The mortals had fallen into a new era of the Greek Gods. Now, the place is known as New Greece. A modernized world that had come together between the Gods and the mortal beings. Peace and prosperity had flourished underneath their rule, but some of the Gods and Goddesses had become arrogant in their ways. With this, many of the mortals' prayers go unanswered.

A resistance is starting to rear its ugly head, known as The Impious. A movement that is gaining support underneath the Demigods, using their gifts to heal the sick, but also angering the fates that will come with retribution. In times like these, a war is always brewing on the inside. The unrest and the unfaithful will definitely take a stand against the gods. Some of the mortals still have resentment for the Gods bestowing their rule over them. From here, it can go either way. What will happen? Will the resistance be crushed before it even begins? Will the Gods' unanswered prayers to the mortals keep making them angry? What will become of this world?
