Maybe you're a hero fighting crime, a villain planning an attack against hero society, or a vigilante keeping the peace from the shadows. The world suddenly goes black and when you wake up, you realize that you are no longer in Musutafu, Japan and all that's in your possession are the clothes on your back and a letter of unknown origins.
Centurion is a fictional city in an undisclosed location that has a long standing partnership with the Japanese Government. The city is decorated with an intense skyline of tall skyscrapers that overlook the bustling streets below. The city is broken into five sections, each neighborhood, separated by rivers that surround the heart of the city in the middle. Each neighborhood has its own personality, but also its own set of problems.
It should be a surprise to no one that the city is deeply corrupt and rotten to the core. Government officials are often being bought and paid for by a mysterious group of wealthy people, The Elite Front. The mayor is a puppet for this group and is often manipulated into pushing their agenda.
Do you uphold the system for a seat at a table? Do you build their own table to avoid conflict? Do you instead say "screw these tables" and burn it all down to the ground? There are so many secrets to uncover in this twisted web of lies so now it's up to you to forge your destiny.

In this My Hero Academia AU, characters are spilt into 5 different factions, called Syndicates.
Light Blue-The Elites-Russian (Politicians or other people who hold power)
Dark Blue-The Enforcers-Americans (Essentially the attack dogs of The Elites, the corrupt police force)
Red-The Mafia-Italians (The biggest crime syndicate of the three under The Elites, known for being aggressive and underhanded)
Green-The Mob-Irish (Sort of the underdogs, they're known more for sticky fingers than being violent, ragtag)
Orange or Yellow-The Yakuza-Japanese (Above the Mob but under the Mafia, more open than the other Syndicates, conmen, casino owners and pimps, rather than thieves and murderers, they're quite creative with their schemes)
As always, OCs are allowed and encouraged
