We are a volunteer mental health server managed by three dads that aims to get you moving forward in life.

This server is also not for those that wish to be coddled or throw an endless pity party. We are also not a venting server, although we understand sometimes you have to let it all out to feel better. Just be ready for someone to respond to you and offer some hope.

This server is meant for you to present the issues that you're facing and receive actionable advice (if applicable) for your situation.

We'll tell you the things your therapist won't. Why? Collectively, we've experienced it.

The Trauma Palace is a themed mental health server inspired by Dreamcore, Weirdcore, Analog Horror, and Liminal Spaces. It exists somewhere just outside of Realspace—a place for Dreamers struggling with trauma, mental illness, and loneliness to drift, linger, and find others who understand the quiet, familiar ache.

You don’t have to explain everything here.
You don’t have to feel okay.
You just have to exist.

Inside, you’ll find spaces to speak, to create, to vent, or to sit in the silence with people who get it.
