We are a volunteer mental health server managed by three dads that aims to get you moving forward in life.

This server is also not for those that wish to be coddled or throw an endless pity party. We are also not a venting server, although we understand sometimes you have to let it all out to feel better. Just be ready for someone to respond to you and offer some hope.

This server is meant for you to present the issues that you're facing and receive actionable advice (if applicable) for your situation.

We'll tell you the things your therapist won't. Why? Collectively, we've experienced it.
