In a single instant, the world ended. Every nation launched its nukes. Some were stopped. Most were not. Billions died, and nuclear winter froze what little remained. Civilization collapsed, leaving a shattered world where survival became law.
The fallout triggered a mass mutation event. Latent mutant genes awakened. If you were not already a mutant, you either became one or did not survive. Some were empowered. Others were twisted by radiation into unstable, rage-driven monsters. A few adapted. Many did not.
The world is not dead, just colder, harsher, and far more dangerous.

The planet is frozen and overrun by radioactively enhanced rage monsters. Vast territories are controlled by powerful factions, hoarding what few resources remain. Scrap is life. Money is nearly worthless.
Your goal is simple: survive.
