As each character has their memories torn and ripped from them, it becomes a question as to why and how this happened. And why can you not leave The Citadel? Many have tried to expose its secrets but despite that the politics have always been a straight tie, with half of the people liking things the way they are and the other half wanting to know the truth and to see what The Council is hiding behind their golden gates. And what happened prior to the creation of The Citadel.

Hope University is an 18+ Undertale themed ERP server set in a Undertale timeline which has "Glitched" in a way, allowing people from different timelines and AU's (like Deltarune) to get into it if they want to, and leave if they so wish. Due to this, and Toriel's own plans, Toriel hired all of their friends as Teachers & Staff for their college, Hope University. Engineered towards people 19 and older. For some reason, an odd amount of debauchery and lewdness seems to permeate the college grounds, and the world itself. . .this plot is set up in a way that will allow you to decide how to take advantage of this setting without too much interference from us.
