Operating from the Grand Palermo Hotel, the Mafia controls everything from the bank to the local restaurants. Most businesses and government agencies have been shut down and the city's borders have been closed, trapping all citizens inside with the choice to either adapt or be hunted down. . .

Out of fear, most citizens chose to submit to the Mafia, claiming low-paying jobs under their control. Those who attempted to flee or resist were either killed or locked away under The Palermo. A few citizens, however, decided to form a rebellion. Calling themselves, "The Ace", they vanished into the city underground to make plans in hopes of reclaiming their city.

Pikebitter asylum, this server is set in the early 2000s in a mental hospital in Vermont. Pikebitter is infamous for it's cruel treatment of patients and sadistic staff although it seems nothing ever gets done about it. That's cause everyone who has any power to stop it is given a handsome amount of money to keep their mouths shut. To make matters worse Pikebitter takes contracts to perform illegal and immoral experiments on their patients, some of which are perfectly sane, or at least they were when they got here!

In late 2013, the powerful and revered Wayne family—an elite dynasty of Gotham—was brutally murdered in cold blood by an armed robber. Their young son, Bruce Wayne, was left orphaned, with only the loyal care of his butler, Alfred, to guide him. Detective James Gordon took on the case, uncovering a trail that led to infamous criminal Joe Chill and crime boss Salvatore Maroni. But in the corrupt courts of Gotham, justice was bought.
