HtH starts off approx. 1 month after the events of season 2. Val has officially taken over as CEO of 𝚅̶𝚘̶𝚡̶𝚝̶𝚎̶𝚔̶Veetek, Hell is slowly beginning to recover from the devastation of the might of Lilith incident, and as hell scrambles to recover Lute moves in the background, shrouded with grief after Adam’s passing and bound and determined to shake hell up all over again.

Vox has also been reattached to his body and faces trial for his crimes against the Morningstar family, the outcome of which opens up a new outpatient style treatment at the hotel, Alastor who is now free from Rosie's chains on him begins plotting in the background, and Lilith makes her return back to hell after being MIA for 8 years, sparking waves throughout all 7 rings.

On the helluva boss side of things Stolas is still coping with the loss of his power, and I.M.P. unexpectedly takes off soaring after the trial broadcast, everyone seemingly curious about what makes the imp a goetia willingly spared the life of and Asmodeus himself took interest in so special.

Stolas and Blitz are still on somewhat unsteady terms, Octavia has come of age and Stella and Andrealphus scheming, potentially planning on using her power for their own selfish gain, or maybe something else?

D.H.O.R.K.S. still plots in the background alongside the cherubs I.M.P. singlehandedly got tossed out of heaven, threatening to shake up all of hell and collide the realms between the living and dead world in a way that was never intended.
