Tschevsky. 1400s.

An invading empire takes control of the southern Eichnau-Herstofen lands and seizes them to create a new conglomerate of city states beneath their banners. To the west, the Herstofen lands are harassed by the sea-going Loussaintois and their legions of hand gunners and artillery, losing much of their western foothold in their homeland and retreating to the inhospitable north to regroup and recover: only for the Kings of the conjoined northern territories to declare sovereignty and wage war on one another in an attempt to seize what is left of their homeland.
