Ok, so some of us are in CS as well as tech support..

So I want to know your worst cs/tech support experiences!


Mine is...

I was on the phone with tmobile and was trying to add a 3rd line to our plan. One rep would tell us that is possible another wouldn't. I got into a huge arguement with a rep on the phone over this.. so far that is my worst experience!

Time Warner telling me that my troubleshooting is pointless for a packet loss issue. Telling me that 60% ping loss to 4.2.2.2 means nothing.

I went sup on that idiot.

No breath. he was right!

My worst one was well dealing with the Sup for Tmobile!! lol

No seriously dealing with the Sup for TimeWarner, the first one I don't think graduated high school and the second one didn't seem to know what department he actually ran.

Finally got one that Knew what was going on however my issue has yet to be resolved!
